Just back from The National show in Auckland A  great day with  beautiful cats on show

he standard is so high now it must be difficult for the judges  with so many different breeds , hence a different BIS in each ring

In the Entire adults there were 4o entries

My girl Kissy (Dbl Gd Ch Sunset Kiss And Tell) did very well being BIS in one ring and in the Top Ten in the other rings

Hugo (Sunset Time  For Chocolate )  also in the Top Ten in each  kitten ring 30 entries He is such a laidback boy and loves shows

A very successful start for  Hugo "Sunset Time For Chocolate" with 2 Breeders Award of Merit  at his first show and  one Best in Show  yesterday at the  Metro show

Updated pictures on the kitten page of   kittens ready in a couple of weeks  There are also  some younger ones , photos will be posted later

Many thanks to my good friend  Susan Jo Siebecker for letting me have her beautiful lavender cream and white girl US Gd Ch Cattails Dancin In The Rain" Such a gentle girl who settled in immediately

Kittens born on 8thDecember    3 boys available early March 2015  These will be black smoke and this colour develops beautifully   over the first year

It has been a busy year here  with  some of  my  cats retiring and 2 young boys ready to take over from  Berry (now desexed and living the rest of his life with me) He is succeeded by

"Sunset Time For Chocolate" a chocolate bicolour  carrying points by Berry from Crystal

Losing my precious" Jack The Ripple"  was tragic   due to  a freak accident in the winter and now being replaced by his grandson Jackson (Kalizma Magic Happens At Sunset)  thanks to my good friends Bradley and David

Jackson is identical to his grandfather   His paternal grandfather is my  lovely Gulliver from  Alison in Norway

Then of course  my new import from my good friend Susan Jo has  arrived photos of all these will appear in the New Year

I have 2 girls expecting their first litters soon so it will be exciting to see how my breeding programme is  progressing
